For Rich and Chris Schyma, the farmers market business has always been about family. With their five sons, the Schymas sell pickles, jams, and home-grown chickens at the Maple Grove Farmers Market and Monticello Farmers Market. "As the boys have grown up, they have learned how to talk to people, work hard, and the ups and downs of running a business.
