Aki's BreadHaus

A native of Germany, Aki has missed the bread, rolls, and pastries of his childhood. Since 2010, he has been working to bring back the memories, taste and smell of the freshly baked goods of his home country. Aki's Breadhaus is located in Northeast Minneapolis and serves up pretzels and baked goods at many local eateries and brew pubs.
