Clover Meadow Bakery blossomed shortly after founder, Abby, was diagnosed with Celiac disease in May 2010. She missed the delightful baked goods and bread she grew up enjoying. A can-do gal, Abby decided that going gluten free and having allergies to food shouldn't mean skimping on taste or texture. Abby loves visiting with customers and being able to help people looking for a great tasting, fresh, allergy-friendly food options.
