Gully Grove Mushrooms

We became fascinated with mushrooms in 2018. By 2019 we were extremely enticed by all things mycological and joined the Minnesota Mycological Society and the North American Mycological Association where we have spent many hours in seminars learning and on forays documenting field specimens. By the winter of 2019 we decided to try our hands at cultivating oyster mushrooms. The joy we experience in growing and harvesting each flush, and the joy so many people get when they are exposed to the world of mushrooms, convinced us we need to get out there and share. We believe that by exposing people to new kinds of mushrooms, we can help add more happiness to their life, and in turn making the world a little better.
