Ruhland's Strudel Haus began in 2002 as food concession at art fairs and other Twin Cities events. The business has grown and now offers over 39 varieties of sweet and savory frozen take-and-bake strudels, made with love and utilizing locally-grown produce items wherever possible. We're thrilled to welcome Tom back to the indoor market after several years away.
